THE HIDDEN CONNECTIONS:

What Your Body Has Been Trying to Tell You

A free guide to the surprising, often-missed connections behind chronic pain, bloating, tension, and symptoms that never quite made sense, from a physical therapist who looks at the whole picture, not just the one spot that hurts.

LET ME GUESS...

You've described the same symptoms more than once, to more than one provider.

Maybe a scan came back "normal."

Maybe you were told it's probably just stress.

Maybe you've started to wonder if you're just bad at explaining what's actually happening in your body.

HERE'S WHAT ALMOST NOBODY TELLS YOU:

your body doesn't work in isolated parts.

A tight jaw can be connected to pelvic floor tension. An old scar can quietly affect how you breathe, years after it "healed." Pain that moves around, gets worse by evening, or shows up somewhere that seems totally unrelated to the actual problem, that's not random, and it's not in your head.

Most providers are trained to look closely at one piece of the puzzle.
This guide is about the rest of the picture.

This Isn't a Symptom List. It's a Map.

THE WHOLE-BODY WEB

Understand why one tight or restricted area rarely stays contained, and how it quietly shows up somewhere else entirely.

WHAT GOES UNSAID

Understand why sexual pain and changes after surgery are common and treatable, not something to just live with.

THE MISSED PATTERN

Learn the specific, recognizable pattern behind pain that keeps getting dismissed or misdiagnosed.

WHAT GOES UNSAID

See how bloating, old scars, back pain, and jaw tension are more related than you've ever been told.

HELLOOOOO...

I'm Dr. Aubrey Kern,

A pelvic and abdominal physical therapist based in Dayton, Ohio. I specialize in whole-body, whole-systems care, which means when someone comes to me with a symptom, I'm not just looking at the one spot that hurts. I'm looking at how posture, breathing, organs, the nervous system, and the pelvic floor are all talking to each other, and where that conversation may have broken down.

I wrote this guide because I see this exact pattern play out in my practice constantly: people who've done everything right, seen every provider, and still don't have an answer that actually fits. This is the missing piece I wish someone had handed them sooner.

This is for you if...

  • You've been told your symptoms are "normal" but they don't feel normal to you

  • You've seen more than one provider without real answers

  • You have symptoms that seem unrelated to each other but somehow feel connected

  • You're tired of managing symptoms instead of understanding what's actually causing them

  • You want real information, not another generic wellness checklist

You don't need another appointment to start understanding your own body.

You just need someone to finally connect the dots.
